Thank you for your order from LotusAtelier. We take great care in packaging and shipping our unique collection to ensure it arrives safely at your home. Please find our shipping policies and processing times detailed below.

Order Processing Time

Our collection includes a mix of new and vintage items, each requiring careful handling.

  • Standard orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3-5 business days.
  • If an item requires special preparation or sourcing, any extended processing time will be clearly noted in the product description.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders to addresses within the United States.

  • Complimentary Standard Shipping: After your order has been processed, please allow 5-8 business days for your items to arrive.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS) and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.

Handling of Fragile Items & Shipping Insurance

We understand the unique nature of shipping fragile items like our glass lamps and curated pottery.

  • Every fragile item is packaged with extreme care using specialized, protective materials to ensure the safest possible transit.
  • For your peace of mind and ours, all orders containing fragile items are shipped fully insured against loss or damage. In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy for instructions on reporting shipping damage within 72 hours of delivery so we can process an insurance claim and make it right.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States. We are not yet offering international shipping but hope to in the future.

Order Tracking & Status

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

If you have not received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at lotusatelierllc@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
